Management Team

Victor Chan is a Partner at AP Accountancy. He graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing and holds financial and mortgage broking and real estate services qualifications recognised by NSW Fair Trading.

Victor brings nearly two decades of experience across sales, marketing, business development and general management, and joined AP Accountancy in 2017. Since taking on his role, he has built an efficient, highly professional administrative and operations team. He has played a key part in the firm’s development and business transformation — notably during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he led the firm’s accelerated shift toward AI adoption and digital transformation, established a robust remote-working framework to manage a team working from home effectively, and helped the firm develop a range of online client services, enabling steady operations through a difficult period.

Victor serves clients in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Victor is also a committed volunteer, long involved in supporting disadvantaged children. He believes every child deserves an equal opportunity to grow, realise their potential, and live a fulfilling life with dignity.
