David Guo is Senior Tax Manager at AP Accountancy. He is a Fellow Member of The Tax Institute of Australia and a member of CPA Australia. He holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania.

David entered the accounting profession in 2009 and now has over seventeen years of tax practice experience, alongside the corresponding tax professional qualifications. He is particularly well-versed in cross-border tax matters between Hong Kong, mainland China and Australia, with a research focus on tax and trust services for Australian small businesses, as well as tax planning for high-net-worth clients.

David has been a core member of the team since joining the firm, starting as a tax accountant and, through years of dedication, growing into one of the firm’s most senior professionals. He is known for meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical and logical reasoning, having delivered outstanding client tax services across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region since early in his career — building deep practical experience and clients’ confidence in his professional judgment.
